On the "My Shopping Cart" page, PayLoadz only displays a total of three lectures at one time. As you add lectures to your cart, the "My Shopping Cart" screen will display other lecture podcasts available for purchase.
After you purchase one of my Constitutional Law 101 lectures and just before you begin to download the file, a popup box immediately offers you the choice to "Save" or "Open" the file.
We recommend that you "Save" the file to your computer since there is a time limit on how long the link you purchased will remain active.
Be sure you know where the file is being saved to on your computer.
After you save the file to your computer and the download is complete you can listen to the lecture (or lectures) you purchased at your leisure.
Some downloaders have been frustrated with their inability to "rewind" and "fast forward" the audio downloads (as one can with tape, for example), either because they want to take notes or for any other reason.
There are at least two ways to do this:
Windows Media Player
If you prefer to listen to my lectures using Windows Media Player you will see an audio player at the bottom of your screen just like the one shown below.
If you would like to replay a section of audio that has just passed or if you choose to fast forward to a later bit of the audio, simply take your mouse and left click on the rounded audio tracker (highlighted by a yellow box in the photo below) within the player. While keeping the left click pressed down on your mouse, you can then drag the rounded audio tracker backward or forward to your desired placement in the lecture.
If you can only complete a portion of a lecture and would like to resume listening at a later time you can make note of the time you stopped listening by looking at the counter on the left side of the player.
When you are ready to resume the lecture in Windows Media Player open the audio file in Windows Media Player. While the audio is playing, left click your mouse on the rounded audio tracker within the player. While holding the left click down on your mouse, slide the audio tracker until the time clock advances to your desired time.
iTunes
If you choose to listen to my lectures using iTunes, you will see an audio player at the top of your screen just like the one shown below.

If you would like to replay a section of audio that has just passed or if you choose to fast forward to a later bit of the audio, simply left click on the diamond within the player using your mouse. While holding the left click of your mouse in, you can then drag the diamond backward or push it forward to your desired placement in the lecture.
If you can only complete a portion of a lecture and would like to resume listening at a later time you can make note of the time you stopped listening by looking at the counter on the left side of the player.

When you are ready to resume the lecture in iTunes, double click the lecture you wish to listen to in your iTunes library. The audio will begin to play automatically. Then left click your mouse on the diamond within the player (shown highlighted in yellow below). While holding the left click on your mouse in, slide the diamond until the time clock advances to your desired time.
I'd be interested if anyone out there has another idea.
